Winterguard and Winter Percussion: January

Just like sports have their winter seasons, the band program does, too!  After the fall season, marching band students can transition over to winter season ensembles: winterguard and winter percussion.  These programs compete indoors in both local and out-of-town competitions in San Joaquin Valley Color Guard and Percussion Review (SJVCGPR) circuits and Winter Guard International (WGI) circuits.  This year, we have “Open” Guard competing in the “Scholastic Open” division, “A” Guard competing in the “Scholastic A” division, and listed below are the groups’ upcoming competitions for the season. Feel free to support the music program, music-making, and the arts by coming to any local competitions.
