In Memory of Renan Chavez-Andrade: August

By: Editorial Staff

Renan Chavez-Andrade was loved by many. On August 30th, 2016, Renan ended his life. Our prayers go out to his family and loved ones. He was a friend to all and never judged anyone. He always knew how to make people laugh. Our beloved senior will be missed. "Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free." February 7, 1999 - August 30, 2016

Our school has an excellent Peer Counseling program, as well as CSI. If you or a friend need some to talk to—no matter the subject—please come to one of these programs. That’s what they’re here for. You can request a Peer Counselor in C4, and more information on Clovis Support and Intervention is available through Anita Giannoble. Every person faces hardships in life. But, it is comforting to have someone to talk to. From needing a shoulder to cry on to wanting to get something off one’s chest, Clovis West students need to feel secure. No one is alone. There is hope. Never give up.
