The Eagle athletes are kicking off the year to a great start! The West gymnasts did phenomenal at their first meet with JV and Varsity placing very high, including Marita Snyder getting first place for all-around gymnast. JV Girls’ Golf is currently undefeated, and Varsity is doing great, as well. Girls’ Volleyball has killed it this preseason, too, by passing, setting, and spiking their way to many victories! Girls’ Tennis is starting their season off wonderfully, and are currently serving up some serious wins for our school. Water Polo is having a big blast (or, should I say, “splash”) so far this year! Cross Country is doing a fantastic job getting across the finish line, and the Girl’s Varsity Team earned third place at a recent race! Frosh Football is doing a great job as a team this year and they continue to learn and grow more everyday. JV Football is also doing awesome, too, and are extremely lucky to receive help from such experienced coaches. Finally, the Varsity Football Team never fails to pump us up, especially with their recent win! Let’s go Golden Eagles!
